I am single female sharing a room in a single room occupancy downtown and th Avenue I need somebody immediately the room that I had left and did not get noticed or make payment it is paid daily weekly or monthly I pay $ a month and we'll split it with somebody at you can pay daily at a day and not paid deposit or pay a week with $ deposit I can do negotiations on the deposit if you need to make a couple payments there is mail you can receive here there's a kitchen that is shared with oven stove and laundry parking is off and it is on the first floor no elevator access no pets no children I need somebody clean he'll sleep on the air mattress and just need to save money and work a lot and be clean and respectable I'm not looking for a boyfriend or anyone to sleep in my bed thank you Jenny

Hello I'm currently staying at a single room occupancy for a a week my roommate left me and I cannot afford the place on my own. My rent is paid till Saturday and I am seeking place to go . I live in and work downtown currently. I need to be able to get there by bus and trolley within minutes.I work as a server I, landscape maintenance, freeway cleanup ,and also brand ambassador for Uber eats. I also am waiting on a full-time offer for a position in El cajon so I'm seeking someone who can help me either for short-term or long-term depending on the availability .I am Persian in French I'm from New Hampshire I've been here years I have a son who doesn't live with me who is 6 years old that I visit weekly I am single and don't have pets and I smoke outside I don't drink and I don't do drugs I work very hard and busy days a week and I will not be in your hair and I'm very clean respectable and will not ever harm your property I will treat it like it was my own like when I was a realtor.
