Fully furnished ba condo in Scottsdale/Arcadia. Looking for a roommate from April onwards to take the master bedroom and full ensuite. I’m open to month-to-month or month lease, provided tenant is a non-smoker, tidy, and pays on time. I have had a sketchy tenant before and don’t want a repeat occurrence of that drama. Background check is mandatory. Heated pool, hot tub, small gym, common room, covered parking, wifi, and utilities included. Please be an employed professional, non-smoker, responsible, and tidy.
