I'm moving out of states like in a week so I m looking for someone to over my lease for a private bedroom in a B apartment.

East apartments are located in upper downtown and in very commutable distance to UC Denver, th street mall, Civic Centre park, and bus stops.
Rent: $ + utilities, parking lot would be $/month.
