I have a bedroom located downstairs in my house that will be available and move in ready February first! The bedroom is eleven ft by ten ft, with adjustable shelving in the closet. The bedroom is spacious enough to fit a queen size bed, side tables, and dressers!

The downstairs bathroom would be shared with another male roommate who has lived on the property for over a year now. He is a fantastic roommate & we are both looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and aware of their surroundings when living with other people. All shared living spaces are pictured (not pictured is the back deck). This is NOT a marijuana friendly house.

Rent does not include utilities, with a month lease agreement (with possible extension). I do require a background check, and proof of employment. Renters must have renters insurance (pretty
cheap and easy to set up)
