My year old boyfriend is looking for a room or even a small studio or garage space or oh my goodness even a freakin sofa at this point to rent out asap. As long as the place has at least one working shower, a toilet, electricity & obviously running water then we’re honestly not being picky or choosy about the area/neighborhood or about this place being a certain way. He’s not the type to have guests over or have anyone sleep over. We’re choosing to live separately for the time being so at the very most, id maybe sleep over there a nights a week & that’s pushing it because it wouldn’t be consistent. He doesn’t have any pets & he’s clean & tidy & cleans up & picks up after himself. He’s drama free & it isnt hard to live under the same roof as him. Recently he had a chunk of cash paid to him so thats what he’s currently using to basically live until he finds employment that’s a good fit for him & is stable again. He’s a man of his word & if he says he’s going to do something or if he commits to something, he’ll stick it out to the end & he’ll follow through by what he agreed to or promised. We’re looking to hopefully find somewhere that’s not charging anymore than $ per month including utilities. I know that’s practically impossible to find but I had to at least post this ad & put it out there & keep my fingers crossed that someone out there would be willing to help in this complicated situation & hardship. Again we’re really not picky & choosy & aren’t looking for a fancy luxurious place here. Just a roof over his head. Nothing more nothing less. Please someone help us. Please me at
