Hi everyone,
My name is Julien, and I’m looking for a friendly and clean roommate to sublease a room at the Republic Flats apartment in RTP with a flexible start date between January 5th and March 1st. I have already signed the lease and moved in on May , and the lease ends on May ( I will renew for in March). I am looking for an LGBTQ-friendly and young professional to live with me. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. Please message me if you are interested.

About Republic Flats:
Republic Flats is centrally located in RTP and is just minutes away from many top employers, as well as the new RTP downtown. The apartment complex comes with many amenities, including a Fitness Center, Pool, entertainment area, and work/study area.

The Nitty Gritty Details: Rent is $ per month (includes valet trash and pest control). You would be added to the sublease and pay Republic Flats directly. When applying the Application and Administration fee ($). You will then need to pay first months rent up front right before you sign at the leasing office. Washer and Dryer are included in the apartment. Utilities (electrical, wifi, heat, and air conditioning) will be split as roommates. I have furnished the living room, so only the bedroom would need to be furnished.

Roommate Expectations: Looking for someone who can clean after themselves in shared spaces. This includes cleaning dishes and making sure you clean the kitchen right after you cook/eat and contributing to cleaning the main living area every few weeks.
