Easy street parking in a quiet cul-de sac. Must provide two years rent history with contact info +2 years employment history with contact info; No smoking; background check will be performed. Home has 3 large clean obedient dogs. Must be a clean person and assist in keeping his/her area and the home clean at all times. Assisting in feeding the wild birds and stray cats outside the house is a plus.
If willing to walk dogs for pay it will be deducted from the rent.
