-Responsible (pays on time , isn’t a mess)
-No pet / children

Prior to move in an $deposit (refundable) and the first months rent $must be paid ($)

Monthly expenses then on are $/5 of utilities .

Master bedroom is currently being cleaned , will upload photos of room after .

Master bedroom has a private bathroom, and a walk in closet .
