Description

I am looking for a respectful and responsible tenant who has a good credit score, a consistence income, and a clear back ground check.

We have a furnished room with bed, night stand , lamp, working table, chair. Room is in very good condition as well as the property.

One person per room.

We do not take pets.

Utilities,common area cleaning fee,trash fee, Internet fee, etc are not included, will be shared by tenants.

New Stainless steel fridge, microwave, toaster, etc are provided.

The house is in a good condition, located in a safe area.

Location is in a very safe, quiet area. A lot of street parking spaces.

Drugs, smoking, any illegal activity are not allowed on the property.

We will do screening, such as check credit, consistence income verification ,back ground check, eviction record check, etc .

There is a application fee to apply. Deposit, first month and last month rent are required.
