Hi everyone! I am trying to fill two rooms in my home from January “twenty-seventh”to April “twenty-second” . The rooms can be rented separately or together, so there are flexible options!

“Room A” is “$-hundred”/month, empty or furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand.

“Room B” “$-hundred”/month, empty and ready for your own furniture.

Or rent both rooms together for “$twelve-hundred/month” with a private bathroom. If you choose to rent just one room, the bathroom will be shared. These rooms are on the other side of the home, offering plenty of privacy from the main living areas.

You’ll have space in the garage for 1 vehicle. There is additional parking on side of the house or driveway. There is already 1 small dog in the house, so any additional dogs need to be well-behaved and potty trained. No cats at this time. Water, Wifi, Sewage, & Street Trash Pick-up included. Utilities are separate.

Location:
The home is located in a quiet area in Maitland with easy highway access to I-, teen and ty-Two.
Winter Park/Park Ave (less than fifteen mins)
Altamonte Springs (less than ten mins)
Downtown Orlando (less than fifteen mins)
Millenia Mall area (twenty to twenty- mins)
