We have four buses at the front door surrounded in Parkland, a hour shoppers drug Mart superstore across the street were minutes from the beach minutes to downtown four buses at the front door two minute ride to the subway super clean quiet I’m not a drinker not into drugs a semi retired chef and author. It’s floors and they just spent $4 million and the rent not cheap but well worth it. It’s beautiful brand new elevated. We don’t need them unless we’re gonna take the elevator down to the laundry room Which is just a management is great and if anything breaks, it’s done more or less the next day a really good situation and the balcony I turn into a full garden from vegetables to fruit.
