Hi everyone, today is my last day for posting.

I'm urgently looking for who can take over my lease, as I need to move to Canada.
(i'll pay for you about $ for Jan rent (you will pay $ for Jan))
I’m looking for someone to take over my 1-year studio lease (from January to August )

I signed the lease on September , and it runs until August .
I’m seeking someone who can move in within January, and if you don't have a credit, you might need a cosigner who has above .
Additionally, if you take over my lease, I’m offering my brand-new LG " monitor (purchased on October th) for free, along with its full packaging. +
gaming chair that I bought in Costco
