Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting January at Tetro Student Village in the Esparza layout. The apartment is fully furnished. There is a two car garage that has an additional two parking spots behind it. There is a shuttle that can take you to and from campus. The room is on the top floor and is the largest room in the townhouse apartment. It has a walk-in closet and in unit laundry. Rent is $/month not including utilities which average around $/month. Internet is included. In the available unit there are currently only two out of the three other rooms are occupied and the current residents are very respectful.
