Women only. I am looking for a roommate for my bath+ den. It is a 5 min walk from both Queen and Dundas Station. Right by Eaton Center, St Michael’s, and Ed Mirvish Theatre. Very much the heart of downtown. Leasing a 1 Bdr with an ensuite bathroom. Got a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. Fully furnished and a balcony. Looking for someone to live with me for about a year. Going to need pay stubs, credit checks, etc for landlord!

Note: wifi is NOT included in the utilities and the building doesnt allow pets (sad)
