I’m renting out one of my rooms in South Sacramento. Rent is $ all utilities included with a $ deposit. Month to month lease. Looking for a female tenant in their s. I’m the owner of the house and have been renting my rooms out for years. Room is available now.

I have a small dog but I cannot accept any other pets. The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room is unfurnished and carpeted. Bathroom will be shared with one other female. I have a washer and dryer in the garage. Full house privileges just looking for someone to clean up after themselves! The house is mins from sac state, mins from downtown, 6mins from Sac City College, mins from CRC. LGBTQ+ friendly.
