Looking for a reliable, responsible, respectful, and clean roommate to share our home in Union City Ca. No smoking, no party animals allowed. The house is large, clean, and in an incredible neighborhood. BART, along with financial institutions (Wells Fargo, Bank of America), along with supermarkets (Safeway, multiple Asian, and Indian) are within walking distance. The private room is average sized, carpeted and is unfurnished. You would share a (two sinked, shower/ bath) bathroom with one other person (female). Guests are ok. Overnight guests not so much. I am a father who has young children stay with me every other weekend. So no weirdos allowed. Rent is $, and utilities are not included. Gas, electricity, water and internet responsibilities are evenly shared by all the roommates. There is access to kitchen, laundry, and pantry. Cooking food in the room is not permitted, and not necessary. The kitchen is beautiful and sufficient for all your cooking needs. This room is not compatible for pets.
