(Background checks will be done before anyone comes to look at the property in person other people live here and its a peaceful environment and were going to keep it that way,im not gonna bring just anybody in )
bathroom and kitchen are shared.we keep to ourselves mostly.
(EVERYONE is responsible for helping keep the common rooms clean and picking up after themselves, you will not dirty our home or bring your drama here There is a washer and dryer available to use.
