This stylish, modern home in Rayners Lane, Pinner, offers a peaceful retreat while being less than a 5-minute walk from shops, restaurants, bus routes, and Rayners Lane tube station (Metropolitan & Piccadilly lines). Tucked away in a cul-de-sac opposite a park, the house is set back from the main road and shared with my friendly cat, Kittooben. Please note: This is my own home and is not sublet in any way.

Your private, lockable room is fully furnished, featuring a double ottoman bed with four storage drawers, fitted wardrobes with generous space, side lamps, shutters, door hooks, and a ” TV equipped with a Fire TV Stick for your entertainment. Since I host only one guest at a time, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the master bathroom includes both a bath and a shower.

The house is regularly updated, well-maintained, and professionally cleaned every two weeks, offering a seamless blend of comfort and modernity.

For added security, the house is equipped with three electric shutters and CCTV cameras at both the front and rear. If you require parking on the driveway, this can be arranged upon discussion.

As an Airbnb Superhost with a solid history of 5-star reviews, I am now seeking a longer-term housemate. A lodger agreement is available for your peace of mind.
