$/month, GREEN walls. This room is like a studio (twice as big as the small room). You have a fair sized fridge, microwave, coffe machine and small airfryer and LOTS of storage space for clothing, shoes etc.

HOME GYM. & HOT TUB
We have a home gym. in our garage you are welcome to use (see last pic). Hot tub (luxery top of the line) is available for a $/fee per month.

Our family: Female owner and two adult sons ages . We all live upstairs. Two renters live downstairs, unless you are interested in renting both rooms?

Main level has kitchen and livingroom with fireplace (shared), you are welcome to use the deck, yard and BBQs.

Rules:
If you wish to use the hottub there is a $ monthly fee that goes towards chemicals, filter and cleaning.

We provide bedding, comforter, pillow, towels, toilet paper and soap if you are interesed.

Dogs are allowed - unfortunately, we do not allow cats due to allergies.

Cannabis friendly but require you do it Outside.

C-Tran Bus # (Burton) stops right outside our backyard, within walking distance of Rite Aid on nd Ave. Our home is located close to th st (dead-end street with a cul de sac at the end) see street pics.
