Private living in a shared house

Description

Looking for someone to rent the bottom half of the house that I am renting. This is a quaint A-frame house located on an Appaloosa breeding farm in South College Station . Rent is a month, including some of the utilities like water and trash. You will have to pay for your own Internet and half of the electric bill.
You will have your own private entrance and bedroom , bath room and living space and small kitchenette.
The only space that needs to be shared is the laundry room
Looking for someone that will be OK with having Dobermans on the property. No cats.
dogs allowed with pet deposit and a meet and greet with my personal dog. property does have a fenced in backyard for dogs to run around and play
