Hey! I'm renting the second bedroom in a townhouse in Chatham to a young, professional female like myself! The area is beautiful, quiet, cozy, and minutes from both Morristown and Summit.

The townhouse is 2 stories, 2 beds, 1.5 baths with a recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There's a private entrance, a back patio, laundry, shared office space, and parking spaces right outside. There's a pool, tennis/pickball courts, and easy access to Morris county hiking trails.

A little about me: I’m 29 and work full time in Morristown. I’m organized, clean, considerate, and easy to talk to. I enjoy hiking, volleyball, and learning new things! One perk of living with me is it’s easy to convince me to bake homemade cookies at a moments notice (hint hint).

Rent is $1550 + utilites (Electric, gas, and wifi only. Landlord pays water/sewer and HOA fees). Security deposit = 1.5 months rent. Unfortunately no pets but plants are welcome! DM me if you’d like to talk more!
