Roommate for JP apartment!

looking for another person to share a bad apartment in Jamaica Plain
The location is accessible for the orange line, green line (E Heat st) and bus
The apartment is located 7 minute walk from the orange line, 5 minute walk to Bus minute walk to Green line 5 min walk from Whole Foods, 6 minute walk to Stop and Shop minute walk to Jamaica Pond
There’s a lot of convenience stores, coffe shops and restaurants within walking distance
Rent is each plus utilities, the apartment has a front porche and a small side yard + Free parking on the street and washer and dryer on the basement
I have a golden doodle that stays with me occasionally (he is hypoallergenic) so unfortunately no pets
