Looking to sublet our apartment at Aura Beacon Island for the remainder of the lease. Move in as early as and lease ends . After the end of the lease you can renew if you'd like to stay, or decide to move out if a short term is all that is needed.

It is a gated community on an Island, so it has great privacy and no random traffic. The island is surrounded by a dock that is great for taking walks, relaxing, or going fishing in your free time! We do also have an in-building garage below the unit available for an additional $/month, but not required if not needed.

We have lived here for 2 years and have been the sole occupants of this unit since the complex opened. It is a great community and easy access to local shopping and entertainment.
