Hello name Hugo i have space available for rent
in my home. there is available parking within our driveway as well as
street parking. the location of the home is about twenty
and thirty-
minutes from Southeast DC but possibly even
with traffic the details are as follows please feel free to give me a call if you have
any questions or interest


Open rooms in our House (Bath)top level.
bath. The back patio has an open view.

The house has all the amenities included. And
included in the rent (Water, electric, Internet, WIFI) .


The full use of the area of the house, dinning room
kitchen large patio will be open for use with shared
responsibilities for over all cleanliness.

There's also a washer and dryer available for use
within the house.

House, is also big enough to comfortability and work from home if needed. We never had any issues with
noise or space. So we do take care of the trust we extend to our housemates.

Bedroom (two: MED
Sized) /(Three: SM Sized)
will have a restoom not
attached.

If vailable both rooms can
be rented together in a
Perosonal living space and
bedroom style the restroom
will be private use for that

We are flexible about a
move in date. We would like someone to move in sometime In now Whatever
the move in date is rent will
of course be prorated.


My home is between twenty
and thirty- minutes away from
Arlington don't know if that
