- Rest of the house is fully furnished (TV, Fridge, Washer, Dryer, etc.).
- Street/outside parking available.
- -minute bus/5 minute drive to UQ.
- 5-minute drive/ min walk from Toowong Village.
- Athletics park, second park, with callisthenics equipment and basketball court 2 mins walk. (Jack Cook Park).
- Will be sharing the house with me (Male), one other male, and one Female. All aged .
- Shared bathroom and toilet with me (Male).
