Roommate needed!

Description

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female/male roommate(s) who value good communication, trust, and respect. I am in a baths apartment located in Roxbury/South Boston area. The apartment has an in unit washer and dryer, semi private back porch, keyless entry, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and street parking.

MUST be animal friendly as I have 3 cats.
A little about me:
- I am more of a home body as I currently work and am going back to school.
- I am not very particular and am generally okay with most schedulings and ways of living.
- I do ask that you are not someone who generally throws partys a lot due to the apartment not being an adequate place as far as room/neighbors and one of my cats has some health issues that require a more relaxed environment to thrive.
