Looking for a roommate that is mature, preferably doesn't WFH, respectful, honest (female or non-binary) in the cutest little bath apartment in Cap Hill (I think). Ive been living here for about a year and a half now and its the best apartment I've lived in! The cat pictured is my old roomates (I don't have a pet, but open to you bringing one)
The apartment is located in a safe and gorgeous part of captiol hill, alongside a row of incredibly stunning homes. 5 minute walk to King Soopers, Safeway, AND Trader Joes. Walking distance to Governers Park and Cheesman Park, and nearby restaurants and bars

What you get:
-A year old respectful, kind, laid-back but fun, outdoorsy, healthy (for the most part), and helpful female roommate (me 🙂)
-One bedroom in a 2-bedrooom apartment
-Cute little sharable bathroom
-Stainless steel appliances in kitchen with tons of room
-Shared larger storage closet and smaller closet I use for bathroom/cleaning stuff
-In-building laundry room (takes apple pay and in-app pay)
-One optional parking spot in our own super convenient parking lot ($/mo extra)
-Sweet little garden with table/chairs
-Furnished living room (but open to new items)
