Quiet professional seeking room

Hello!

I am an Enterprise IT professional with a hybrid work schedule, seeking a room to rent near the Arboretum in Charlotte, NC, or surrounding areas. I will be in Charlotte approximately 3 days per week and working remotely from my hometown the rest of the time.

I am a clean, quiet, and respectful individual. I am a non-smoker and do not use drugs. I follow a strict diet with a meal plan service, so I will not be using the kitchen.
