Room for rent in bath apt

Description

Looking for someone to take over my room in a one floor bath. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, back patio, and is furnished. I’m moving downstate to pursue a new job and hate to go. It’s a cozy place in a respectful neighborhood. Other room is occupied by another woman in her late twenties, with a quiet/lazy cat, super sweet and quiet.
