Hello there,
I'm currently on the hunt for a cat-friendly apartment in Brooklyn with a budget of $ or less. Ideally, I’m looking for a studio or a bedroom that is well-maintained, has natural light, and allows my friendly and well-behaved cat.

A few things I’m hoping to find:

Pet-friendly (preferably no extra pet fees or deposits)
Close to public transportation (subways or buses)
Quiet neighborhood
Some storage space would be a plus (closet or extra storage)
Reasonable utilities (if included) and no hidden fees
I'm open to different neighborhoods, but my preference is areas like Bushwick, Flatbush and all around Prospect Park. I’d prefer a space where I can relax and work from home when needed, so a peaceful vibe is important.
