All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. We are currently furnishing the home and will offer a rent discount for residents who move in before the property is fully furnished. This is a great opportunity to settle in and enjoy a reduced rate while we finish setting up the space to make it even more comfortable! We are going to get professional cleaning at least times per month. There will be a small additional fee of $ per week for cleaning. We are in the process of determining our vendors and negotiating pricing.
