Charming Room in Serene Auburn Home

Hello,

I'm a -year-old single female living with my -year-old gay male bff. We're both friendly and considerate people and we're looking for a respectful and responsible roommate. We have one bedroom and a shared bathroom available. But my roommate is often traveling. So you'll have a private bathroom and one side of the house to yourself more often than not. This is a sober environment as well. So there's no partying or use of any kind welcome here, please. The house is fully equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and many home appliances as well. There's hardwood floors, plenty of storage, and wifi available too. It has an outside storage shed, an outside art studio, and a covered driveway with room for your car also. We reside in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood minutes from the bus and grocery store as well. We're also very close to downtown and near plenty of shopping. The house is mostly furnished aside from the available room. Although anyone can add to the rest of the common area too. We have an a kitty and leopard gecko and we will accept more animals on a case by case basis. Our home is our sanctuary and therefore we're looking for a like-minded person with a healthy attitude and a good positive energy.
