Room or two for rent in NLV

I’m a year old non binary person looking for a roommate or two to share a bathroom house. I rent it alone currently, there is a property management company who manages it, Key Property Management. Currently my ESA is already on the property so there is one dog. She is in the photos. Applications would have to go through them for you to be on the lease. All rent and utilities for the whole house is , so split between two people is or between a person. The place is dog friendly but not cat friendly, and is friendly as well. All smoking has to be done outside per lease.
