My name is Dale. The property sounds great! I have verifiable employment and references. I have been and am a Delivery Driver by trade. I currently work for a company called Glacier Point Enterprises in Charlotte NC. I enjoy what I do. I am often referred to as friendly and as someone many feel they’ve already known. Down on my “luck” these days. To say the least. I am newly homeless. As of 2 or so weeks. However I’m employed full time. I make enough to support myself. I am getting my vehicle and will need a place to stay. Not smoking isn’t a problem and I do not drink alcohol at all. I work Monday - Friday am to pm. hour days and will certainly not have guests. Also, I am searching for another job as well to occupy my time. I’d be out of the way.

I can pass a criminal background check. I have a valid state issued driver's license and I will have a legal vehicle with current auto insurance and car registration ( is the exact date I will have a vehicle). At the moment I use Uber (most of the time) to get around.



To add…I am often described as friendly, personable, loving, caring, responsible among many great things. I am quiet and VERY respectful, peaceful, non confrontational and certainly clean clean clean! An anomaly of some sort I suppose. Either way, I hope this gets your attention. I am in need of a place to stay.
