Looking for a 4th roommate!

Hi everyone! My roommates and I are looking for a 4th person to move into to our 3 story townhouse that's just about minutes away from downtown Annapolis. Rent is around $ per month. We have a washer/dryer hookup, water bill is due every 3 months, you will share a bathroom with 2 others. We also have a cat who is very sweet. All 3 current tenants work in the service industry so we'll be gone most evenings. We are looking for someone to move in as early as September 1st! Pictures are available upon request.
