We have a beautifully maintained, - bedroom home with two available bedrooms for rent. Only one rental here shows, the second one is much larger, a studio -like room. If you’re interested in that, I can send you other photos. Otherwise this rental post is showing just this one room for rent. . Our home offers a serene and private environment, perfect for those who value cleanliness and tranquility. You'll also find plenty of street parking available. Conveniently, we're located near Esporta Gym, Sprouts, and just minutes from the Freeway off Winchester.

We're looking for a considerate and tidy tenant who values a quiet and respectful living space. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets or guests. Ideal candidates will have excellent character and will be required to undergo a background check and provide three character references. We are looking forward one individual with a full time daytime shift outside of home.

The rent hundred fifty dollars per month, plus an additional one hundred dollars for utilities (Internet, electricity, gas, water, trash), making the total monthly payment -
hundred and fifty dollars
