The Apartment is completely furnished including the room available and has a tranquil pond fountain below the guest bedroom in the neighboring courtyard. The bathroom has a separate bath tub & shower. The apartment also has a dining room, living room full kitchen ; balcony plz appreciate this building is a beautifully peaceful place with longtime and very interesting friends and neighbors all looking out for each other.

An established educator working for National Geographic, dedicated to wildlife conservation projects and works remote from his home office as well as field work and trips. Usually very laid back and easy going but does NOT want a full time work from home room renter or any party mode candidates. Very welcome to a corporate executive that just needs a place to hang their hat while working/staying in Los Angeles and needs a regular address.
