The room itself is cozy, on the smaller side (around 90 sq. ft.), and is located in the bottom right of the floor plan image—making it a perfect, efficient space for a student or someone who doesn't need to move a ton of large furniture. The house features a front and back yard, and we are hoping to do some fun decorating with those spaces soon! While the room itself is unfurnished, I will be personally taking the time to fully furnish all of the shared common spaces, including the living areas and a fully equipped kitchen.
