My girlfriend is looking for someone to take over her lease. She pays a month. Able to move in by January 1st or mid December. Lease ends July st. Will cover sublet fee and will cover first month or first 2 month of rent. Utilities are between dollars a month depending on usage. So it would be plus whatever utilities are.
