About Me & The Home: I've lived here for two years and truly consider it my home. I've helped furnish the common areas (living room, kitchen) with previous friends, and it’s a very comfortable, clean, and positive space.

Who I'm Looking For:

FEMALE ROOMMATE ONLY. This is a must.

Ideally, someone in their mid-s.

Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who is friendly, kind, clean, and respectful. I value a peaceful home environment where we can both relax.

About the Space:

You will have your own private bedroom.

You will have your own bathroom, conveniently located right across the hall from your room (it is not an ensuite).

You'll share the fully furnished kitchen and living room.

The Rules (Non-Negotiable): To maintain the peaceful environment and per the landlord's rules, I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with the following:

No pets

No smoking (of any kind)

No drinking

No parties

Cost:

Rent: $/month (this is non-negotiable).

Utilities: Approximately $/month (for hydro, internet, etc.), which I manage.

Next Steps: I don't post public photos of my personal furniture to protect our privacy.
