Room Wanted–Mom with ESA small dog

Hi! Im looking for an affordable room to rent in a safe, peaceful home for myself, my 3-yearold daughter, who would stay with me parttime, and my small emotional support dog, who would live with me fulltime. Im currently going through a major life transition and working hard to rebuild stability for myself and my daughter. Having a secure place to call home would allow me to arrange childcare and return to work. Although Im currently unemployed, I receive $900 per month in CalWORKs assistance, which covers my target rent, and I have savings set aside to cover approximately three additional months of rent. Ive never had an eviction or late rent payment notice, and I take my responsibilities seriously. A little about me: Im hardworking, clean, respectful, and considerate of others. I enjoy baking, crafting, painting, and creating a comfortable home environment. Im looking for a living situation built on mutual respect, good communication, and consideration for everyones space. Im hoping to find someone willing to consider me based on my character, financial preparation, and determination to get back on my feet.
