Hi everyone! Im looking for a studio, efficiency, or a room in a shared apartment or house in Miami.
• Budget: under $1,000/month
• Movein: November 1–5 (flexible)
• Longterm – planning to stay in Miami
• Location: near Downtown, Little Havana, Allapattah, Little Haiti, or close to a Metrorail station (I dont have a car, so transit access is important)
About me: Im Sai, a working professional in IT with a Masters in Management Information Systems. Im moving from New Jersey to Miami for a fulltime onsite job starting in November. Im quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and I mostly keep to a work routine. I can provide an offer letter or proof of income and references.
