Description

Cresta Bella apartment located in Rancho Penasquitos near the 15. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Im looking to fill 1 room and split the extra room. We can use it as a guest room, gaming room, home gym, whatever we want. Youd have the closet in your room and you can also use the spare bedroom closet. The unit has a large kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. There is a dishwasher and inunit laundry. Your room is connected to a patio and you get lots of daylight coming in through the east and north facing windows. UtilitiesSDGEwifi evenly split. I also have a very friendly 10 year old border collie who roams the apartment but usually stays in my room.
