Publix is just up the road, plus restaurants, pharmacy and shopping at ChampionsGate Village, and Posner Park a short drive south on 27. Quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. This tends to be a great fit for someone working at the parks or resorts, or anyone relocating to Central Florida who wants a smooth landing. We’re flexible on lease length and happy to answer questions if you’re moving here from out of state or from abroad — we know that first move can be a lot. Available November 1st.
