Looking for Roommate

Description

Second floor unit bedroom open for rent in a two unit house. Washer & dryer in unit. Looking for a roommate, I rent and you will have to be approved by my landlord through a Zillow application before lease signature. I have one cat. I’m clean and organized. Rent is $1425 total, so $700 a month for rent and I’ll collect a deposit for $700, so we can keep my initial $1425 deposit for the unit. Pets allowed, but I do have a cat and it will add an extra $25 to the rent for another pet.
