Hello there! I’m currently helping my dad find a roommate for his beautiful home in Wellington, FL. It’s spacious, in impeccable condition despite having lived there for the last 20 years, and a dream for anyone who’s looking for resort-style living. He would like to share the space since he travels often and it sits empty most of the time. My sisters & I sometimes come to stay with him, but only a few weeks out of the year. Here’s what we’re offering: Option 1: Master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, a massive private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, a “living room” area with a large-screen smart TV, a private office, and a private balcony. 1,800 sq. feet
Asking price: $2,500 Option 2: 2 private rooms, both with their own closets and private bathrooms (one of the rooms could be used as an office space). 1,500 sq. feet
Asking price: $1,800 Amenities include: Gym and pool access at the fitness center

Barbecue Who are we seeking? We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible. This would be a home-sharing situation (although you’ll be sure to have lots of privacy). You would also need to be willing to share household responsibilities (watering the plants, keeping the kitchen clean, taking the trash out, etc.). You must be a working professional and able to prove you have a stable income, and you must be able to provide references and pass a background check. Singles or couples welcome!
