Hi! My name is Jesse. I’m renting out a room near Florin Rd and Stockton Blvd in Sacramento. My home is very nice, and the room is fully furnished. You’ll have access to the large backyard, and you’re welcome to cook. There’s also a washer and dryer in the house. The bathroom is shared, so I just ask that we both do our part to keep it clean and comfortable for everyone, especially keeping hair out of the bathtub and sink. I’m the homeowner, and I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and trustworthy to share my space with. I don’t mind occasional guests, I’d just appreciate a heads-up beforehand. Smoking is okay as long as it’s always outside—no smoking inside the house. There’s no private parking, so parking would be on the street. There is usually plenty of street parking, so that shouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately, I can’t accept any pets, so please don’t ask for exceptions—no pets. The room is available now, and you’re welcome to come take a look. I think it’s important for us to meet and see if we get along. The energy between people is really important when you’re sharing a home day to day. I’ve had some bad experiences renting in the past, so we would start with a short-term agreement and renew it as we go.
