• 🎁 I’m happy to pass the furniture to you for FREE if you want it!
• If you prefer an unfurnished room, I can arrange for everything to be removed before you move in.
• 🧹 I’ll also arrange for the room to be professionally cleaned before I leave.. Building is right next to the train station and 10m1ns walk to indooroopilly mall 💵 Rent: $327.50/week • Water included
• Electricity + Wi-Fi split between you and the current roommate 👤 Housemate & Lease:
You’ll be sharing with my current roommate (male,24).
