Looking For A Room/Roommate

Hey everyone! I’m currently looking for a roommate to move out with around mid-November to January. I’m specifically interested in living in the Bronx — preferably Morris Park or Throggs Neck. A little about me: I’m a Special Education ELA teacher, pretty laid-back, and easy to live with. Outside of work, I’m into reading manga/comics, playing video games, listening to music, and going out with friends occasionally. I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and clean. LGBT+ friendly/preferred — I want the space to feel comfortable and safe for both of us. Budget: Ideally looking to keep my share around $900–$1,300/month, depending on the space.
