You have a stable source of income, regular work or studies at least partly outside of the home, and are down for regular shared cleaning responsibilities. Alcohol and substance free or super lite preferred. Women or Queer men preferred. Sorry, no pets, couples, or smokers. 🧜🏼♀️ About Me Iranian woman in my 40s. I keep busy between work, classes, events, spiritual practice, swimming, hosting friends and family, visiting friends and family, and travelling. 🏠 About the Home The apartment is a bright two-bedroom, two-bath home with two balconies. One bathroom and balcony are in my room, and the other bathroom and balcony are shared. I'm asthmatic so this is an artificial fragrance free home. No problem with essential oils and natural incense (sage, rosemary, Palo Santo, frankincense, eucalyptus, copal...) and only use natural cleaners. 🛏️ About the Room Medium-sized room with windows, blinds, and a closet with hanging, shelf, and drawer storage. Comes furnished but I won't get to move the furniture in until the 30th so I don't have pics. I promise it will be cute. The photos are my prior roommate's furniture. 📝 Amenities Elevator access (4th floor suite)
